Payment Terms

In short

Prices are fixed for the agreed scope. No GST is added.
Your first project with us is 50% off. On a monthly service, the discount covers the first month.
You pay in two parts: 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Pay by UPI, bank transfer or a payment link.
If the second part is late, final files wait until it's paid. There's no late fee.

1. Prices

Our prices are in Indian rupees. Clients outside India are quoted in US dollars. The price in an accepted quote is fixed for the scope it describes. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it. A quote is valid for the period it states, or for 30 days if it doesn't state one.

2. GST

Lumifine isn't registered under GST, so GST isn't charged on our invoices. If that changes, we'll tell you before you pay and show it on the quote.

3. The first-project offer

Your first project with Lumifine is 50% off the quoted price, including pack and bundle prices.
On a monthly service, the 50% covers your first month. Later months are at the normal price.
It applies once per client. A client is one person or business, together with the businesses they own or run.
It's applied to the quote. It can't be exchanged for cash or added after a project has been paid for.
We may end or change the offer for new quotes, but an accepted quote keeps its price.

4. Paying in two parts

One-time work is paid in two parts:

50% to start. Work starts once this has reached us.
50% on delivery. We share previews for review, which may be watermarked or low-resolution. The final files, raw files and handover follow once the second part is paid.

For larger projects we may agree a different split in the quote, for example by milestone.

5. Monthly services

Monthly services are paid at the start of each month, before that month's work begins. If you keep a Media or Tech pack running month to month, every month after the first is 30% off. You can stop any time, as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. How to pay

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS or RTGS) and payment links for cards and UPI. Payment details are sent only from our number, +91 91236 12207, or in our invoice. If anyone else sends you account details in our name, don't pay. Check with us first.

7. Invoices and receipts

We send an invoice for each part and a receipt once each payment arrives. If your business deducts TDS, send us the certificate so our records match.

8. Late payments

We don't charge late fees. If the second part isn't paid, the final files and handover wait until it is. If a monthly service isn't paid by the start of the month, that month's work pauses until it is.

9. Third-party costs

Costs such as ad spend, creator fees, stock licences, printing, travel outside Kolkata, permits, domains and hosting are either paid by you directly, or paid by us and passed on at cost with the receipts. We'll agree them with you first.

10. International payments

Clients outside India pay any bank, transfer or currency conversion charges, so that the quoted amount reaches us in full.
